Doris M. Coleman Doris M. Coleman, 58, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013 in Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. Doris Mary Smith was born December 7, 1954 in Grand Forks, ND the daughter of Wallace and Rita (Amyotte) Smith. She graduated from Grand Forks Central High School in 1973 and from Aaker's Business College in 1978. Doris married Anthony Coleman on September 7, 1984 in Grand Forks. She was employed as an office manager with Champeau Gullickson Travel Agency and then as a conductor with the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. She is survived by her daughters, Stefanie Coleman and Rita Coleman, both of Grand Forks, ND; a granddaughter, Laysha Gerszweski (Rita); brothers, Bennedict Smith, Raymond Smith; foster brother, Wayne Wolfgram; sisters, Shirley Rothenberger, Clara Rivera, Lucy Hunter, Karenann Miller, Christine Butler, and Laurie Vacura; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; foster parents, Wilmar and Evelyn Wolfgram; sister, Bernie Ankle and foster sister, Mary Jodock. Funeral Service: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2013 in the Gregory J. Norman Funeral Chapel. Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service in the funeral chapel. Visitation will continue for one hour prior to the funeral service in the funeral home on Tuesday. Burial: Memorial Park Cemetery South, Grand Forks, ND.
